It was

please be aware that whichever members of your Club nominated to represent you
on the Committee, must be in attendance at each meeting , it is not acceptable
that some other person take their place when it suits.
CLUB
PRACTICE
Following
a new ruling at the
Entry
for practice in each Club is as follows……Adults €25.
Youth (big wheel and
under) €15.
Non
members practicing at any of the Clubs must pay and extra €10 for the day.
OVER
35 RACING
Over 35
racing will continue into the coming season , next season the age limit will be
brought up to 40 upwards.
UNDER
21 CHAMPIONSHIP
This is
open to all under21 racers ….MX1 MX2 MX3 Machines
CHAMPIONSHIP
SPONSORSHIP
Brian
Allen from Great Stuff Catering has kindly offered to sponsor the Southern
Centre Youth and Adult Championship
Great
Stuff Catering will sponsor the Youth events with the following : 6 x sets of
Trophies and the end of year prizegiving trophies.
For the
Adult Championship events he will donate 3 x Sets of Trophies and €300.00
towards the prizemoney.
For the
Over 35 and Under 21 Championship he will donate €200.00 prizemoney and 5 x
Sets of Trophies
He will
also sponsor €400 towards each of the southern rounds of the Irish Championship
and trophies for the southern rounds of the Championship.
This
sponsorship is greatly appreciated by Brian which will give him exclusive
rights to the catering at each of these events.
CORRESPONDENCE

from Gary Mannion requesting to be
permitted to ride in Grade C class for the coming season.
Request
approved.
Finally
it has been noted that some of the dates for the coming season are wrong on
Motocross .ie. Anyone wishing to get
the proper dates list should refer to the official website or for any other
motocross details.
The
grading has been completed at this meeting and a list will be published on the
website , in the event of any racer needing to appeal their grade they may send their appeal to the
Committee via a Club Official or directly to Benny Newsome.
